I am Anneke van Vuuren; if you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance something has been feeling off, perhaps heavier or more overwhelming than you expected. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, sometimes things build up quietly, after an extended period of managing on your own.
You may be navigating a transition, feeling stretched between roles, or simply noticing that your capacity feels smaller than it once did. Whatever has brought you here, I want you to know that you don’t have to hold it alone.
Clients often tell me that they feel calmer and more settled in our work together. I believe that healing begins in a supported relationship, one where you feel safe enough to speak honestly, reflect openly, and be met with warmth and acceptance. My approach is relational and trauma-informed; we move at your pace, we make sense of what has shaped you, and we gently work toward a life that feels more like your own again.
